Privacy Policy

1. Data we process

NNS Tax Pro processes your NNS transaction export (uploaded by you) and the calculated Section 104 results for ICP. All data is keyed to your Internet Identity principal and stored in the backend canister's per-user state.

2. Per-user isolation

Your data is isolated by principal. No other user — and no party without your principal — can read your transactions, summary, or calculation results. Authentication is handled by Internet Identity; we never see or store a password.

4. On-chain transaction proof

For Web3 on-chain payments, the transaction hash and ledger details are public on the Internet Computer ledger. We store only the transaction reference keyed to your principal so we can match it to your unlock and include it on your PDF receipt. We do not aggregate, sell, or share on-chain payment data with third parties.

5. Optional email address for PDF receipt delivery

At checkout you may optionally enter an email address to receive an automated PDF receipt or invoice with your on-chain transaction proof (or Stripe session reference). The email address is used solely to deliver your receipt and is stored keyed to your principal so you can re-send the same receipt from the My Unlocked Reports dashboard. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent and we do not share it with third parties.

6. Data retention

Your transaction and calculation data persists in the canister for as long as your principal holds it. We do not currently offer an in-app deletion control; contact support to request removal of your data, including any email address you provided for receipt delivery.

7. Cookies and local storage

Internet Identity uses browser storage (IndexedDB) to restore your session. Plug and Oisy Wallet each use their own browser storage to manage your wallet connection. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. React Query caches backend responses in memory only; signing out clears this cache.

8. Analytics

We do not run third-party analytics on your usage of the Service during this release.

9. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of the data associated with your principal — including transactions, calculations, and any email address provided for receipt delivery — by contacting support@nnstaxpro.com. Because data is keyed to your Internet Identity, you control access by controlling your identity.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
